Simple dish – toast with cheese and mushrooms

Great food for little money

The biggest toast I have ever eat.

How to make it?

Sauteed mushrooms

- 1 table spoon oil olive

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

- salt and pepper

Toast

- 1 French roll, halved

- 1 tablespoon butter

- garlic clove, minced

- 1/2 cup minced cheese

- 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms

Simple and delicious!!

Sunday dinner

Todays dinner was very special for me. I have spent it with my family at my mother’s brother house. I haven’t seen them since Easter time…

Making funny faces with my Mom.

And now S M I L E!!

My hungry brother waiting for his soup.

And here it comes, delicious chicken soup with noodles made by my uncle Jacek.

Second dish: boiled potatoes, cucumber salad, pork loin and pork chops. This food is dangerous!!

Veggie salads. Because we all love vegetables.

And delicious cakes.

Yes my friends, this is traditional polish dinner. Full of calories and fat. But it is nice to eat this kind of food from time to time.
