			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last night me and Maciej decided to make Polish hot mulled wine, also known as Grzaniec Galicyjski. This beverage is the best drink for long winter evenings, it helps you to survive the cold nights.</p>

<h3 id="rI">Ingredients:</h3>
<p>- red wine</p>
<p>- nutmeg</p>
<p>- ginger</p>
<p>- cinnamon stick<span id="result_box"></span></p>

<p><span id="result_box"><span style="background-color: #ffffff;" title="* kawałek lub dwa kory cynamonu" onmouseover="this.style.backgroundColor='#ebeff9'" onmouseout="this.style.backgroundColor='#fff'">- </span></span>bay leaf</p>
<p>- allspice</p>
<p>- brown sugar or honey</p>
<p>- shreded orange peel <span id="result_box"></span></p>
<p><span id="result_box"><span style="background-color: #ffffff;" title="* startą skórkę pomarańczową" onmouseover="this.style.backgroundColor='#ebeff9'" onmouseout="this.style.backgroundColor='#fff'">- orange juice</span></span></p>
<p><span id="result_box"><span style="background-color: #ffffff;" title="* 3-4 łyżki miodu" onmouseover="this.style.backgroundColor='#ebeff9'" onmouseout="this.style.backgroundColor='#fff'">- slices of lemon and mandarins<br />
</span></span></p>
<h3 id="rP">Preparation:</h3>
<p>In a small saucepan mix all the dry spices with sugar and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Slice the mandarins and lemons, squeeze  the oranges. Combine everything in a bigger saucepan, bring just to the boil and immediately remove from the heat. Strain and pour into mugs.</p>
