I made a salad for my friends. It was delicious.

The weather was so nice these days, that we decided to spent some time at the park. My girlfriends and I went to South Park for a picnic.

I can officially say that Spring has arrived. I love suuuuuuuun!!

2-3 very ripe tomatoes
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 leaves fresh basil
olive oil
Dash cracked pepper

This makes a great summer salad. Mmmmm… it was gooooood…
