Breakfast – omelette with tomatoes, ham, lukanka, mushrooms, and cheese.

Fast tutorial:

- mushrooms

- white bulgarian cheese

- edam cheese

- lukanka (bulgarian salami)

- tomatoes

- frizzle ham

Combine eggs, water,splash of milk, salt, chili and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Beat with a fork until combined but not too frothy.

Place a  filling on one half of the omelet.

Fold over and let it cook for an extra 2-4 minutes. Slide onto a plate.

Wild blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500 g Wild Blueberries, fresh
  • 250 ml plain yogurt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla sugar

Preparation

Blend well at high speed. Serve immediately.

Wild Blueberry Smoothie serves 2.
