Last night, my boyfriend and I drank some ouzo and cooked up a Bulgarian meal.
Ovcharska (Shepherd) Salad:
tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, Bulgarian cheese, eggs, olives, mushrooms, ham

Eggplant in tomato sauce:
eggplant, garlic, tomatoes (canned and fresh), basil, onion
