TOMATO, BASIL AND MOZZARELLA SALAD

2-3 very ripe tomatoes
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 leaves fresh basil
olive oil
Dash cracked pepper

This makes a great summer salad. Mmmmm… it was gooooood…
